What a crazy December

WOW! I just feel like yesterday Cayden and I were hanging out swimming in the pool everyday. I really need to man up and get used to this whole working, kid in daycare thing. People do it everyday......I am just not getting the hang of it! I have to say it would most definetly be easier if we aren't getting over the "black plague" (as my friend Kelly likes to say!). It started about 2 1/2 weeks ago, Cayden has a running nose...no big deal. Find out 2 weeks before Christmas he has strep throat...yukky. Okay, so we got the medicine and 4 days into it he gets a fever of like 103-104. I am giving the anitibiotic time to work, but day after day not getting any better. Meanwhile, I am the target of a really cute little girl's vomit.....ugh. What the heck???!!! As if we need any assistance getting sick around here! Friday, the last day of school, I start getting sick amd was in bed for the rest of the day with a 24 hour bug...no need for additional details. Sunday, Cayden still had a fever so off to urgent care, apparently the antibiotics were not working. Now a second round of antibiotics, this time it was zithromax. Will started getting sick on Christmas Eve and felt bad until the day after Christmas. So we are all feeling better now, but next week we are back at it!
